You’re in the right place to start a custom order.

Fill out the form below with as much detail as possible so we can get your order started.

★ Before You Submit Your Order

No customer supplied items: We no longer accept customer supplied shirts, tumblers, or other items.

Turnaround time: Typical turnaround is 2–4 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays).

Response time: Please allow up to 3–5 business days for replies if your order is not yet in production. We primarily respond during business hours, with occasional messages outside those hours when needed.

No phone orders: All communication is handled through email, social media, or text. We do not take or discuss orders over the phone.

Order form required: This form must be completed for your order to be considered. We reserve the right to decline or cancel and refund orders at our discretion.

Payment: Full payment is required upfront through online methods. No cash or checks accepted. All items are custom-made, so cancellations and returns are not available. Installment options, if eligible, are available at checkout through Shop Pay.

Production: Work will not begin until payment is received.

Mockups and proofs: Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, materials, and final production methods.

★ Custom Details and Pricing

Bulk discounts: Available for 12 or more of the same item.

Personalization: Missing or incorrect customization details such as colors, sizes, or spelling may delay your order. Buyer errors are not eligible for refunds. Please double-check all details before submitting.

Custom design fee: A $15 non-refundable design fee may apply for new designs created from scratch. You will be notified in advance. This fee is applied toward your total order cost.

This fee covers initial design work and a limited number of revisions. Additional revisions or major design changes may incur an additional fee. Design work will not begin until the design fee or full payment is received.

Customer supplied designs and logos: By submitting any logo, design, image, or artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have full permission to use it. You agree that Left Lane Living is not responsible for any copyright or trademark violations related to submitted materials.

You grant Left Lane Living permission to use submitted materials solely for the purpose of completing your order. We do not recreate or replicate copyrighted or trademarked designs without proper authorization and reserve the right to refuse any order that violates intellectual property laws.

Resale: If you plan to resell Left Lane Living items, you must inform us and provide a valid resale license.

★ Rush Orders

Rush orders: If you need your order by a specific date, you must note it on the form. A $15 rush fee may apply depending on timing.

★ Pickup and Shipping

Local pickup: Available at Coyote Ridge Mercantile and Coffee.

Local delivery: Available in Magalia and Paradise. Delivery to surrounding areas is available for bulk orders only.

Shipping: U.S. only. Once shipped, delivery times are out of our control. Left Lane Living is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

We stand behind our work. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us right away with photos and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
